• Samedi : Aiki-ken - Kumitachi
• Dimanche matin : Kendo Kihon par Frédéric Doyon (initiation)
• Dimanche après midi : 15h - 17h30 - Nitten (2 sabres : bokken + shotobokken - initiation)
• Lundi matin : 10h 12h30 Jo contre Bokken
Samedi soir après cours, collation d’anniversaire
célébrant les 10 ans du club.
APPORTER ARMES
(shoto bokken prêtés par le club)
